Job Description

• Complete data recording of sales & marketing department
• Prepare & evaluate daily reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department
• Field staff attendance & expense management
• Liaison with salespersons to sort our day to day operational issues.
• Complete documentation of all distributors/ Business partners
• Timely dispatch invoices to customers/ distributors
• Manage Aging & ledgers reports for sales Team and distributors. 
• Providing Receivable Reports To NSM. 
• Ensure orders properly dispatch to customer.
• Updating finance department regarding payments deposited by Sales Team or Customer. 
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• To assist GM making and implementing sales and marketing plans for new and existing products.
