Job Description:

  • We are now recruiting a highly motivated, intelligent candidate for the position of Customer Support.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with assisting customers with their inquiries and order placemen also helping them understand the company’s offerings, and the ability to learn and grow their knowledge, keeping up to date will all industry standards.

  • The tasks and responsibilities for this position are as follows:


Responsibilities



  • A professional approach in answering Calls/Chats/Emails and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.

  • Ensure all quality perimeters are met on every phone call/chat and email.

  • Maintain records of transactions and interactions.

  • Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the company’s offerings.

  • Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments

  • Attend all required training sessions and keep up to date on all products and services knowledge.


Requirements



  • English communication (verbal/written) and analytical skills.

  • Good grip on MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Team player with multi-tasking abilities. 

  • Ability to identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement.

  • A positive mind set.

  • Exceptional personal skills

  • Proficient problem-solving skills

  • De-escalation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Must have knowledge of community health and pharmaceuticals.

  • Must be knowledgeable of current practices of community programs, hospital setting, administration, terminologies of pharmaceutical industry and management.

  • Proficient with CRM tool
