| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- PR creation of Raw & Packing Material in SAP system as per approved MRP on monthly basis, and daily track deliveries against PRs and provide Excel based report of Material receiving.
- Check material availability in the system & identify if there are any shortages by comparing with monthly production
- Follow-up on incoming materials with procurement on daily basis, and provide report on daily requirement Vs. delivery
- Process Order creation in SAP system against monthly Plan and Batch Number Issuance follow up from QA.
- Batch allocation for ampoules to cover forecast for 3-months
- Price Update in system when required, Both MRP and TP
- WIP Report on Excel, daily Update, in-process batches with completion date material issuance and requirement status against WIP batches.
- SKU’s creation on SAP system, New SKU’s for RND products, change in SKU’s description as per requirement and prepare report on Excel regarding SKUs.
- Monthly presentation on power point of Achievement Vs. Production Plan, Sales Vs. ASP, and next month Availability and shortages.
