| Job Description: |
- As a project manager, you will be working with the CEO, the employees, and the heads of departments to create a project road map for the tax department.
- You will be working closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the highest levels of service.
- You will be acting as a liaison between our clients and accountants, to ensure a positive working relationship is maintained with our clients.
- You will keep a close eye on the work of the tax department and schedule tasks in order to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- You will advise on strategies to optimize the workflow.

Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills. Fluency in speaking and writing English.
- A neutral North American English accent
- Customer service experience- both written and verbal- will be preferred
- Project Management experience is necessary.
- Proficiency in various computer programs and standard office software packets such as Microsoft Office.
- Work from home during the evening shift (6 PM to 2 AM Pakistan time)
