Job Description / Responsibilities

Their work includes:

• Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager
• Assist Branch Manager in implementing business development strategies
• Assist Branch Manager to achieve sales target and projected profit
• Assist in supervising and evaluating branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description
• Assist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies
• Develop plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service
• Assist Branch Manager/Sales Head in evaluating performance of employees
• Resolve customer problems, complaints promptly and efficiently
• Seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media
• Demonstrate and present products to potential customers
• Aim to achieve weekly or monthly targets
• Negotiate/close deals
• Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization

Qualification and Skills

• Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Requisite experience in field of sales and marketing
• Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
• Refined work ethics
• Well motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Adequate convincing skills
