Scope of Work:

• Compile data from different areas of support provided by UNICEF to EPI.


• Compile and visualize different surveys and administrative EPI data to guide prioritization and strategies design


• Develop GIS mapping, triangulation of different datasets


• Provide monthly aggregated power points reports on all areas of accountability of UNICEF EPI.


• Develop a partnership with NEOC and EPI to access the different databases


• Support UNICEF and FEPI in building a website gathering EPI, ISD data to guide program managers' decision-making.


• Develop internal and external EPI teams' capacity for GIS.


• Any other task required by senior EPI manager and NPM EPI.

Deliverables For Monthly Payment Enablement:

• Compile data from different areas of support provided by UNICEF to EPI at the National and Provincial level


• Develop GIS mapping, triangulation of different datasets: C4D, EPI, Logistic and Cold chain.


• Develop partnerships with FEPI and NEOC to access the different databases.


• Support UNICEF and FEPI in building a website gathering surveys, EPI, C4D, ISD data to guide program manager's decision making.


• Capacity building of both UNICEF and FEPI data managers on GIS.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• A first University Degree (Software engineering, data management, and analysis, GIS) in a relevant field combined with at least 2 additional years of professional experience:


• Preferably, experience in a similar position, dealing with health indicators data management and GIS


• Shall possess the license to a valid GIS software


• Knowledge of an open-source GIS software an asset (R CRAN, RStudio, ARCGIS, QGIS, EPI info, ACCESS)
