Job Description: |
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media/ Google Ads specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media accounts for all the projects
- Plan and execute social media strategies for all the projects
- Create and publish content to a variety of platforms for all the projects
- Measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform
- Researching new advertising opportunities and providing recommendations to management on which ones are best for the company’s goals
- Analyzing performance data to identify trends and patterns in order to improve campaign effectiveness
- Monitoring competitor activity in order to identify any new strategies that may affect business goals
- Executing advertising campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, or mobile devices
- Partnering with other departments to ensure that all advertising campaigns meet objectives set by other departments such as sales or leads generated
- Creating and managing landing pages and conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Creating reports detailing campaign results and making recommendations for future campaigns
- Analyzing customer data to identify potential customers who may be interested in the company’s products or services
- Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies to improve website traffic and sales.
Requirements:
- BBA/Bachelor’s degree communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
- Relevant certification will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Experience using various analytics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
