We are seeking an experienced Student Counsellor / Admission Officer who will be responsible for advising students about study abroad, universities programs and other study pathways with strong organizational and administrative skills.

• We require an individual with a strong focus & commitment to building relationships both inside and outside the company.
• You will be responsible for providing all-around support with office facilities and assistance.

Responsibility Includes:

• Ensuring the office runs efficiently, including liaising with facilities/premises management
• Coordinating with education partners and clients to finalize student admissions.
• Assisting with events management & Education/Career Expos as and when required
• Fully responsible for the entire application process of students (from documentation to visa application submission)
• Client management in reference to parents/guardians of students as well as individual students
•  Following up on prospective students via phone calls and emails

Skills and Experience:

• Previous work experience specially in Chinese education sector as well as Central Asian countries is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, quick learning, and the ability of multi-tasking
• Highly Competent with MS office
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to excel in all tasks.
