| Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our production operations and oversee all areas of the glove manufacturing facility. As the highest management position, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production, quality control, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and customer demands
- Manage production processes and supervise all production personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing levels to meet production needs
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Prepare and control operating budgets and cost estimates
- Evaluate new production technologies and recommend improvements to existing processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
