Job Title: Relation Manager

Scope: International

Location: Rawalpindi

Hours: We are currently working evening hours and expanding soon to a 24/7 operation.

This is a full-time position at an international property management firm. We have a high daily volume of emails and calls, so feeling comfortable typing, and communicating through emails and phone calls is essential. Our team is international, fun, supportive and working to constantly grow at a professional level. There is formal training available at the start with help available throughout the job!

Essential Job Functions:

• Working with tenants, owners and vendors for properties we manage regarding property management, leasing, renting, payments and maintenance.
• Answering questions (via email, phone, and text) for our properties
• Assisting new customers
• Writing formal texts, emails, documents
• Meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal & written English  skills -- you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks 
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Track record for great customer service experience (bonus points for tech/start-up or real-estate customer service/support)
