Job Description: |
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the design, deployment and management of analytics tools to provide insights into utilization of Ed-tech deployments at schools as well as provision of internet connectivity across the TCF school network. They will also provide technical support and oversight to other project teams in the department as needed.
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with internal (school teams, business and technology team members) and external service providers / vendors
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for cross functional business, IT and Operation teams to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with management to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or budgeting for the project change
- Facilitate meetings to support the communication responsibility
- Ensure the smooth operations of the platform after the rollouts
