We are seeking an experienced Site In-Charge to manage our janitorial team of 60 individuals, including 3 supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, and managing the team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the janitorial team
• Manage a team of 60 individuals, including 3 supervisors
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor the team's performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in good working order and that the team has the resources they need to do their jobs
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise with the team or with customers
• Update and provide records, and registers, according to Pakistan Labor Law
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a janitorial team
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
