Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze System and Server logs and identify potential issues with computer systems.

2. Introduction and integration of new technologies into existing data center environment.

3. Perform routine audits of systems and software.

4. Perform backups.

5. Apply system updates, patches and configure changes.

6. Install and configure new hardware and software.

7. Add, remove and update user account information, reset password etc.

8. Answer technical queries and often frustrated users and trouble shooting..

9. Responsible for system security.

10. Documentation of system configuration.

11. Routine System tuning for optimal performance.

12. Setting up network infrastructure and maintenance.

Qualifications:-

Academic :

FA/F.Sc/B.A./BSc./Msc.

Professional :

1. Juniper Networks (JCNP, JNCIA-ER, JNCIA-EX, JNCIS-ES, JNCIS-ER)

2. Cisco Network

3. Microsoft Server

4. Linux

5. Software used in business environment

6. Graphics software

7. Web Development

Required Skills:
