We are hiring Customer Support Agents with excellent English writing and ability to read and understand. The job involve phone calls and includes customer handling via email and chat. All communication with customers is required in perfect English.You will be required to login to provided systems and answer customer issues. Training about product will be provided but you need to be good at grammar, punctuation and should know all basic rules of English language.The job timings will be anytime from 6am till 12am and each shift will be 8 hours. |
