We are looking for an highly talented Salesforce.com Developer who is looking to join our 90 strong family and grow our business into a multi-national software powerhouse.

You will have the opportunity to work with our senior salesforce.com admin and sales team to define sales processes and implement the same on our salesforce.com instance.

Responsibilities 

• Support the Senior Salesforce Admin to establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity etc.
• Ensure all change is properly delivered into the environment and that the agreed deployment processes are followed.
• Work within the Operations team, providing niche Salesforce skills complimenting those already qualified or to be qualified.
• Monitoring data quality, integrity and user adoption as part of a wider team.
• Recommend and develop user focused service improvements.
• Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design
• Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations
• Design, develop, test, document and deploy third-party integrations with Salesforce
• Plan, design, develop, test and deploy solutions within an agile SDLC framework that delivers high-quality code on a frequent basis
• Create and manage automated unit tests of Salesforce platform code developed by the team
• Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
• Collaborate with quality assurance team members in designing functional and automated test plans for solutions, and participate in the overall QA process

Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience)
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with evidence of exceptional ability
• Experience configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, API’s and integration to enterprise systems. 
• Extensive experience developing Apex classes, Apex triggers, VisualForce pages and controllers, web services leveraging the Salesforce API in REST and SOAP
• Experience with a complete software development life cycle 
• At least 6 months experience developing with Lightning.
• Salesforce Certified Developer / Administrator (ADM-201, DEV 401) or Platform App Builder Certification is required

Desirable:

• Java programming experience
• Relational database experience 
• Software Version Control experience
