Qualifications & Experience Required:
M.Ed/ MBA or equivalent qualification with 10+ years experience in academic administration with at least 3 years at managerial level in the Student Affairs Department of a large institution.
Incumbent should be proficient in use of MS Office. Incumbent should have good leadership quality and will be required to contribute towards developing & implementing the strategic & operational plan/goals of the Medical College.
Job Summary:
Incumbent will be responsible for managing all matters pertaining to students of Medical College and maintaining related records. This will include managing the admissions, student records, counseling, discipline, extra-curricular activities, financial assistance, alumni affairs, annual convocation and participating as a team member for other student related activities. Manager Student Affairs will be responsible to prepare policy guidelines for all student related matters. |
