Job Description:

Qualifications & Experience Required:

M.Ed/MBA or equivalent qualification with 10+ years experience in academic administration with at least 3 years at a managerial level. Incumbent should be proficient at use of MS Office. Incumbent should have good leadership quality and will be required to contribute towards developing & implementing the strategic & operational plan/goals of the Medical College.

Job Summary:

Incumbent will report to Principal Medical College, and will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the MBBS program which will include liaison with (a) concerned HODs for scheduling classes, clinical rotation for students, practicals, exams, etc. (b) regulatory bodies i.e. Karachi University, PMDC, CPSP as required  (c) other medical colleges locally and overseas for student electives, etc.

Incumbent will also be responsible to coordinate with department of Health Professions Education for ongoing exams at the Medical College and MBBS professional exams, and for maintaining confidentiality of related records.
