i3RL (Pvt.) Ltd. is developing innovative software solutions over Microsoft and Android technologies for leading UK Customers.
We are looking for a HR Generalist to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. We are interested in hiring a dynamic female with strong communication skills who can work independently.
The role is to act as a liaison between Executives, Administrator and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Our ideal candidate should hold an academic HR background and have previous work experience with Human Resources Management. Familiarity with software industry is also an advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in HR duties such as using HR Information systems, posting job ads, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews, reviewing and implementing policies, managing leaves and our attendance system.
Your job responsibilities will also include:
- Serving as a point person for all employee questions
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Maintaining candidates and employees data
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintaining and updating company’s social media accounts
- Developing and documenting policies
- Creating an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist will be a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of National employment and labor laws
- Knowledge of MS Office or HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to learn with a result driven approach
- BSc/BBA or Bachelors in relevant field
