Works with deals or customer projects assigned, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on assigned deal’s productivity and efficiency, leverage on existing “global and region known solutions”

Works with sales, company and customer’s stakeholders to secure inputs necessary for qualifying the customer’s application requirement, designing professional and innovative solution, and securing commitment to jointly defined acceptance criteria necessary to achieve the deal’s “technical and commercial close”

Monitors the whole presales stages of the deal or assigned customer project and alerts the concerned project or deal owner and stakeholders on any potential risks to achieving a deal or project closure

Proactively assesses existing known design solutions and continuously seek improvements on identified met and unmet customer needs to be able to achieve optimize value solutions for the customer. Work with global technical distribution support and product marketing on product feature or applications solution to close gap for unmet customer needs

Supports in developing the team members’ coding application knowledge and pursuing business development opportunities by providing necessary coaching & consultation, sharing of known solutions, and securing the deal’s proper presales- post sales handover.

Supports the sales team to meet assigned sales growth target in company’s focused markets.
