Job Description: |
Masters with 15 Years of education
- Complete management of Administration & HR activities.
- Attend Board and Executive Committee meetings, disseminating information between governance bodies and staff, and reporting on workplace operations and other matters as necessary.
- Assist the CEO with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
- Research and inscribe discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
- Develop annual plan for staffing at workplace, for approval of CEO.
- Ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform their jobs effectively.
- Oversee administration of staff benefits, bringing anomalies to CEO notice.
- Assist the CEO in administering the affairs of the company in accordance with company's policies, instructions of CEO and contracts according to all applicable laws.
