Your Responsibilities:
· Clients calling and emailing to follow up and generating the prospects open for future business
· Customer relationship by fostering existing relationships with Candidates.
· Coordination with team for handling the queries related to clients.
· Error free updation of the required details and status in CRM software, gathered from the candidates.
· Stands head and shoulders above the competition in customer service.
· Exceed customer expectations and creates devoted customers.
