| Job Description: |
The Business Analyst is a dedicated resource for the identification, analysis and do software requirements and ultimately driving the development and design for our software development team. Analysts possess excellent analytical and data gathering skills. This position will interface with product stakeholders, subject matter experts, and our quality assurance and software engineering teams.
- Identified business and functional needs during the design and build process to modify proprietary software based on client business needs
- Aided in the completion of software updates keeping projects on time and under budget
- Served as the conduit between the end users and software development team by participating in system testing, data validation, collection and documentation of software bug reports
- Strong customer focus and proven track record of delivering client projects & commitments
- Comprehensive knowledge of Frameworks and Application Development architectures and deployments.
- Strong presentation/white boarding skills. Must be able to lead technical discussions with technically sound clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong problem solving abilities, initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- To document the business process by identifying the requirements.
- Preparing excellent documentation on business requirements.
- Handling various activities of the project like information gathering, analyzing the information gathered, documenting the functional or business requirements.
- Expert make the Test plan for the testing team.
- Expert to do the User acceptance testing in the final project.
