Required Skill Set
Thorough understanding and working knowledge of the followings:
- Windows Desktop OS
- Mac OS X (Preferred)
- Windows based Domain architecture
- Microsoft Outlook
- NTFS & Share Permission
- Groups and their nesting
- Group Policy Troubleshooting.
- LAN technologies
- Ability to understand Events & Logs monitoring
- Coordinate with vendors for purchasing/repairing and application development.
- Minimum Graduate (Computer Science is highly preferred)
- Relevant diploma/courses
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
