| Job Description: |
- Develop procurement purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement department to complete end to end process
- Liaison with procurement team for issuance of purchase orders
- Follow up with procurement department and vendors for product and services delivery within timelines
- Follow up with vendor for completion of payment documents
- Liaison with both Branchless banking finance and Head Office accounts team regarding vendors payments and tax matters
- Manage all monthly payments and retainers of Creative, PR & Digital Agencies.
- Maintain proper filling and proper documentation management
- Managing marketing inventory and dispatch plans of marketing collateral
- Assisting in getting the quotations from vendors for various marketing campaigns & events
- To manage and monitor allocated marketing budgets, NFAs and report variances.
- Oversee all production related activities for on ground activities including vendor management & onground execution.
- Working closely with accounts & finance departments of creative and PR agencies for payment related matters
- Managing Infrastructure branding with respect to SimSim’s visibility at all FINCA branches nationwide
Required Skills
- Should have strong Microsoft Excel and number crunching skills
- Should have good communication and inter personal skills
