- Attend Customer calls
- Prepared and maintain order sheet
- Make delivery Note
- Make a slip for loading vehicles
- Calls to parties for taking orders
- Prepared documents for outstation loading
- Prepared documents for booking to GTC
- Handle loading and unloading issues , indoor and outdoor
- Manage drivers incase of any issues
