| Job Description: |
Timings:
Saturday-Thursday 11:00am to 8:00pm (Friday off)
Ideal candidate will be:
- Well groomed, well versed in telephonic conversations
- Must posses a 'Smile on his voice'
- Must be energetic, friendly and a problem solver
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a point of contact for Clients and Team of Installers
- Take responsibility as a manager for all installation teams
- Ability to appoint installation team members for optimum utilization of time and human resource
- Ensure that all team members are aware of their specific project duties
- Maintain an activity/committment calendar with job start time, planned end time/deadline and job priority
- management
- Keep a strict check on schedule, ensuring successful and precise job completions
- Maintain a detailed call log including commmittment, correspondence and feedback calls
- Discourage direct client communication with Team Members for appointments/complaints
- Proactive/timely communication with the clients keeping in view their complete satisfaction
