The post requires a highly confident individual with excellent communication skills in English language,
- Must be able to converse in natural or American accent incumbent should be capable of answering both inbound and outbound calls
- Making calls to the customers, following-up with pending queries.
- Must be proactive in responding and handling of queries of different nature.
- Online Marketing Customer Care Representative must be available to respond to the customers calls during business hours.
