Job Description: |
HRE - Human Resource Exigence Require SQA Engineering for One of its Client
Incumbent will be responsible for;
- Write test plans to ensure coverage of new features and release phases
- Create and maintain manual and automated test cases for multiple software applications
- Test all Digital Lumens customer facing software, web and mobile applications, Zigbee enabled network devices and desktop applications for Mac and Windows
- Write automated tests for applications built using Javascript and the React-Native package
- Utilize in-house test tools as well as 3rd party automation frameworks such as Squish and Selenium
- Track defects and features across different products and milestones
- Work closely with the development team throughout every phase of the software release cycle
- Configure and maintain test stations (software and hardware)
- Analyze existing automated scripts and determine point of failure
- Assist the support team and escalate customer issues
- Position Requirements
- 2+ years of SQA or related engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in CS, CE, ECE or equivalent
- Experience with manual testing Web, Mobile and Desktop applications
- Experience with Test Case Management and Defect Tracking tools
- Experience with Linux, Mac, and Windows
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Python, Javascript or any similar languages
- Any scripting tool such as Squish, Selenium, or equivalent is a plus
- Must be comfortable in a team environment and also be self-directed
