| Job Description: |
We are looking for Manager Transport for as per following detail.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations management of hospital waste management vehicles deployed in different districts of Pakistan for the collection of hospital waste.
- Responsible for the vehicles maintenance management as per manufacturer recommendations.
- Responsible to monitor transportation costs.
- Responsible for major and minor Maintenance of all vehicles keep an eye on the maintenance cost as well.
- Responsible for cost controlling on Fueling.
- To manage fleet/fuel cards issuance, blocking and fuel limits for vehicle operation.
- Responsible for keeping organized records of vehicles, maintenance schedules and completed fuel logs etc.
- To analyze the consolidated reports and suggest improvements/recommendations.
- Responsible to manage the staff driver/helper deployed to run the fleet of vehicles.
- Responsible to monitor the movements of vehicles through tracking management system.
- Responsible to submit the daily, weekly and monthly reports to the top management.
- Responsible to ensure the uninterrupted operations of vehicles by adopting the latest tools and techniques of management.
- Responsible to prepare the movement plan of Vehicles.
- Responsible to get the daily/weekly/Monthly reports from the field staff.
- Responsible to do the analytical analysis of all reports.
- To hire vehicle drivers and helpers through written test, driving test and interview.
- Responsible to point out any kind of anomaly related to the vehicle operations.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
