| Job Description: |
- Liaison with Material Engineer for material planning
- Receive drawing from Material Engineer
- Critically review purchase order.
- Prepare bill of material for projects and spares
- Responsible to compile BOM (Bill of material) for demand
- Prepare forging orders as per design parameters and production requirement
- Prepare casting work orders.
- Prepare Shell Lots according to the CPPC plan and foundry requirement
- Material demand entry in ERP on regular basis
- Issuance of demands to CPPC
- Maintain BOM (Bill of material) and demand records in design database
- Monitor component lead time issues and assist as necessary to support our production & delivery commitments
