| Job Description: |
Position is responsible to prepare & maintain production schedules according to delivery schedule keeping in view the best material utilization and also ensuring advanced planning ,scheduling of raw material and production capacity are optimally allocated to meet demand then elaborate annual strategic plans.This person ensures that customer demands are met, and that goods are produced and shipped to buyers in an efficient and timely manner.
To perform and determine production capacity to meet production targets and market demand Work with production team to ensure ,cost effective,high quality & timely delivery of products Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality & capacity To maintain the customer services/delivery compliance Recommend changes in work cycle ,operations & equipments to maximize production efficiency Ensure the final products meet quality standards and customer specifications Responsible for R & D and samples for new developments SAP coordination & implementation for smooth execution To plan daily &monthly production commitments Ensure that products are made efficiently and timely Develop strong liason with sales,accounts,purchasing and production department staffs to develop sales fore cast Work with procurement and store personals to make sure the availability of raw material as per sales projection Plan for arrangement of raw material required for production , if not available take immediate steps to make sure the availability Any other task assigned by management from time to time To maintain the direct materials for smooth production Preperation & maintenance of detailed reports throughout production cycle |
