Job Description: |
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills. Fluency in speaking and writing English.
- A neutral North American English accent
- Computer-savvy
- Attention to detail with excellent administrative skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Customer service experience- both written and verbal- will be preferred
- Work from home during the evening shift (6 pm to 2 am Pakistan time)
- Online marketing skills through SEO and social platforms
- Experience in the accounting industry is a plus
Job Duties:
As a client coordinator, you will be working closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the highest levels of service; to make sure that their queries are answered promptly and problems resolved. You will be acting as a liaison between our clients and accountants, responding to emails and phone calls and working with the SK Financial team to ensure a positive working relationship is maintained with our clients.
As an administrator, you will be helping the billing and marketing departments to make sure that billing is timely and effective, and to maximize SK Financial CPA LLC's online outreach.
