| Job Description: |
- Steel door manufacturr and exporter seeks an experienced provurement officer to manage purchasing and inventory control of materials , components and sub components.
- Applicants must:
- Speak, read and write perfect English.
- Have managed manufacturing inventory before.
- Be familiar with steel products manufacture and metal finishing
- Job duties include:
- Manage inventory using company ERP system
- Source suppliers of materials and components to find best quality and price.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and monitor price charges.
- Provide forecasts of inventory requirements.
- Write P.O.s and monitor delivery performance
- Maintain inventory stock levels at optimm levels.
- Ensure all materials and components received are to standards set.
- Track sub component production production and inventory usage.
- Validate invoices, approve for payment and interface with accounting department.
- Report status and progress to upper management.
