Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and talented Male Customer Support Representative / CSR for US based company who have good communication skills for our night shift.

  • The candidate should be hard-working, dedicated, and self-motivated.
  • Good salary package is waiting for the right deserving candidate.

Skills Required:

  • Strong US English communication skills 
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Browsers, MS Excel and Word)
  • Ethical Professional and data organizational Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of IT & Technical Roles and Skills is a great plus

Prospective candidates must have:

  • Good English language skills
  • Preferably Good typing skills.
  • Ability to use Computers, Internet, Ms Word etc.
  • Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role.
  • Preferably one year of experience working in the call Centre industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer services skills

Note:

  • Flexible to work in NightShift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
  • Monday to Friday Only
  • Comfortable and Safe working environment
