| Job Description: |
- Complete Project management across Pakistan
- Identify assessment process to determine the needs and problems in a project to avoid any hurdle during running projects.
- Estimation of material usage in projects
- Implementation of the projects according to planned schedule and design
- Assigning resources to staff
- Quality assurance
- Smooth Implementation of the projects
- Overall supervision of projects billing
- Completion of the project on given timeline.
- Timely collection of payments from all projects
- Negotiating with suppliers for materials and services.
- Preparation of work Schedule
- Responsible for maintaining project profitability.
- Preparation of monthly monitoring progress reports.
- Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time.
- Project management from feasibility to detailed design, including all technical, programmed and cost monitoring.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects
- Monitoring schedule and tracking with procurement to get the materials for achieving target.
- Monthly project status reports and change orders.
- Participating in clients/ contractors meetings and resolving clients/ engineering and management issues.
- The evaluation of projects occurs at the end of a project and determining whether the project’s goal and objectives were achieved or not.
