Job Description: |
We are seeking for the position of Employee Relation Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic thinking on designing a talent strategy with the aim of attracting, and retaining high potential talent and developing a strong leadership pipeline for critical roles for the business.
- Work with leaders on the delivery of employee development plans with a focus on building skills and capabilities both for the present and the future
- Closely partner with PX Lead and business in implementing key change management strategies, including building future ready organizational designs and workforce optimization plans in consultation with internal stakeholders and PK PX Lead.
- Ensure procedural fairness in employee relations matters and support business on remediation actions when required.
- Provide support in simplification of existing policies & processes in own functional area to enhance colleague & managerial experience.
- Responsible to ensure smooth transaction with GBS for data management, payroll and employee relations matter.
- Involve in Internal Communication for colleague engagement and activities, including policy and procedures change management and simplification of processes.
- Support PX Lead in implementing people strategy that is aligned with business’ objectives and focused on creating a competitive advantage for company by building a productive, agile and high performing workforce.
