We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (or Sales Officer) to join our visa consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into clients, and building long-term relationships with customers seeking study, work, or visit visas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, social media, referrals, and walk-in clients.

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their visa needs (study, work, visit, immigration).

• Promote company services and provide accurate information about visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility.

• Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure conversion and maintain strong client engagement.

• Maintain a client database and update records using CRM tools.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

• Collaborate with the documentation and processing teams for smooth file handling.

• Attend networking events, seminars, and client meetings when required.
