| Job Description: |
- Responsible for teaching and managing students in the classroom.
- Prepare classroom and course materials.
- Create individualized plans for students with special requirements.
- Research new teaching methods for teaching the course, creating a supportive and positive classroom environment.
- Maintain records of student attendance and grades.
- Resolve issues in the classroom.
- Train students within the prescribed related content and ensure that all aspects of course delivery meet the standard learning outcomes.
- Research, prepare, and customize study material in line with learning outcomes.
- Maintain students' performance by taking regular tests.
- Ability to recognize and assist students who require special attention to develop their skills.
- Plan/track and discuss individual student progress to achieve the required band/score on a regular basis.
