• Supervise and coordinate service team activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generators.

• Monitor service schedules and ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance tasks.

• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and prompt issue resolution.

• Prepare and manage service reports, customer feedback logs, and inventory usage.

• Assist in training technicians and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for the timely availability of spare parts.

• Identify areas for service improvement and support the implementation of process enhancements.
