| Job Description: |
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Clean, format, and organize inbound and outbound call data
- Manage daily imports/exports of call lists into Vicidial or related systems
- Work with spreadsheets, data logs, and CRM tools to maintain data accuracy
- Track campaign performance metrics and generate summary reports
- Troubleshoot basic data errors, mismatches, or file formatting issues
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, formatting)
- Experience handling CSV files, data sorting, and cleaning
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for data errors
- Familiarity with Vicidial or other call center dialer systems (preferred)
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills and comfort with tech platforms
- Prior experience in a call center or telecom data environment is a plus
