Job Description: |
We’re looking for a seasoned Principal DevOps Engineer who loves building scalable infrastructure, automating everything, and leading by example. If you’re passionate about CI/CD, cloud platforms, and developer experience, and you're not afraid to dive into complex systems, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and owning infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Leading DevOps best practices — automation, security, monitoring, scalability
Working closely with engineering to improve build pipelines, deployments, and system reliability
Building out our infrastructure-as-code stack (Terraform, Helm, etc.)
Setting technical direction and mentoring a small team of DevOps/SREs
Making key decisions around CI/CD, observability, logging, and incident response
What We’d Like To See
8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related roles
Deep knowledge of cloud environments (AWS is a plus)
Pro with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform
Experience setting up and managing CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
Strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
You enjoy ownership, autonomy, and solving tough problems
Bonus Points
Experience in fast-growing startups or distributed teams
Familiar with security practices, secrets management, and compliance
Passion for clean documentation and simplifying complex systems
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
100% Remote – Work from anywhere
Flexible hours – Just get things done
Supportive team – No micromanagement
Opportunity to shape infrastructure from the ground up
