We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trade officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in tread inspection, quality assurance, and production supervision related to tire or tread manufacturing. This role involves overseeing the tread production process to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage tread production lines to ensure consistent product quality

• Conduct inspections and tests on treads for defects, durability, and compliance

• Maintain detailed records and reports of production and inspection findings

• Work closely with the production and quality teams to resolve issues

• Ensure all safety protocols and industry standards are met

• Provide training and guidance to junior staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a tread-related role

• Strong knowledge of tread materials, manufacturing processes, and safety standards

• Attention to detail and analytical skills

• Good communication and leadership abilities

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred)
