| Job Description: |
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assists in the supervision of all physical movement of stock (goods received from clients/suppliers and goods supplied to subcontractors and site controllers).
- Ensures that all documentation and procedures are properly implemented (GRN, Delivery Notes).
- Ensures that all materials arrive to the warehouse correctly and in good condition.
- Follows up with the warehouse employees and the transport agent for a smooth flow of the material supply process.
- Assists the weekly random stock count and the monthly general stock count.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in Procurement related to Roll-Out Civil Works
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Background in companies engaged in EPC projects
- Strong network and knowledge of reputable civil works vendors
- Sound market awareness and competitive pricing knowledge
- Strong understanding of contract management, including drafting, evaluation, and execution of procurement contracts
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- A collaborative team player
