| Job Description: |
- To make sure that the attached Food Safety Checklist is properly understood and applied whereby salient are:
- He is dressed and capped properly
- Uses Face Mask during Cooking and serving
- Should not smoke during meal cooking and serving times of Meal
- After smoking should clean himself
- His nails and hair and beard are properly cut and maintained
- To take care of all affairs of Korean Kitchen
- To make sure that meal is freshly prepared and stuff used is fresh
- To make sure that meal is prepared and served on time and in professional manner
- To make sure all necessities of Korean kitchen are available round the clock
- To make sure that the kitchen, surface walls and Korean dining room are clean round the clock
- To make sure that cooking stuff purchased under consultation with Admin department is of superior quality while ensuring cost effectiveness
- To make sure that crockery used in cooking/ serving is washed without any delay
- To make sure that refrigerators and other electronic appliances in Korean kitchen are being cleaned regularly and are in workable conditions
- To make sure that exhaust fans available in kitchen are used properly
- To make sure that all the crockery and other utensils of Kitchen are properly sanitized on monthly basis
- To make sure that while leaving the kitchen the gas stove(s) and other appliances are properly turned off
