Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Keep the office premises, kitchen, washrooms, and workstations clean and organized.

• Perform routine cleaning in the morning and maintain tidiness throughout the day.

Serving & Hospitality:

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Set up meeting rooms and ensure cleanliness and refreshments are available.

Document Handling:

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as required.

• Deliver and collect documents from different departments or external offices.

Errands & Purchases:

• Purchase office items such as tea, sugar, milk, and stationery when required.

• Submit utility bills or collect office supplies from vendors when instructed.

Support Staff:

• Help in organizing files, assisting during office events or meetings.

• Provide support to HR or Admin staff as and when needed.

Security & Confidentiality:

• Maintain discretion while handling office documents and staff conversations.

• Ensure all duties are performed with honesty and integrity.
