Job Description: |
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in the solar industry to lead regional sales operations, drive performance, and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Set sales objectives with Sales Analysts and Sales Representatives
Develop and execute effective sales plans
Promote the organization’s solar products and services
Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and partners
Monitor and report on regional sales performance
Create and maintain monthly sales reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of proven experience in the Solar Industry
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Familiarity with regional market dynamics and distribution models
